ADVANLUBE AW HYDRAULIC OIL

Premium anti-wear hydraulic and circulating oils are specially formulated with high quality base stock and thermally stable additives. These oils offer excellent resistance to rust, oxidation, and sludge formation and exhibit outstanding anti-wear protection. are recommended for service in vane, piston, and gear pumps when used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. They are designed to provide maximum service life to these pumps as well as to other circuit components such as motors and servos. These oils are also recommended for use as gear and bearing lubricants in industrial applications where rust and oxidation inhibited oils are required.

Way Oils

ADVANLUBE NE WAY OIL

The ADVANLUBE NE Series Way Oils are designed for use on slideways of machine tools. The Advanlube NE Series Way Oils contain special anti-corrosive additives that protect against the occurrence of stick-slip. They impart good metal-wetting, adhesiveness and E.P. characteristics which effectively eliminate chatter and scoring in the operation of machine tool way lubricants. Some slideway lubricants tend to form an emulsion with coolants in machining centers, making it difficult to maintain clean and effective coolants. The NE Series oils are specially designed to minimize this problem. As a result, these oils are particularly recommended for use in applications where emulsion type coolants are used. These oils are light colored, have very little odor, and provide good visibility of slideways.

Gear Oils

ADVANLUBE EP COMPOUND GEAR OIL

AFI’s premium petroleum EP Compound Gear Oils cover a wide range of AGMA viscosity ranges. They are designed for extra-duty service in a wide variety of Industrial applications where extreme pressure characteristics are required. The entire range of EP Compounds provide EP (extreme pressure anti-wear) properties, corrosion protection, anti-foam, demulsibility, and are inhibited against thermal degradation.  They are recommended for lubrication of plain and antifriction bearings and gear drives under heavy-duty conditions. These compounds are formulated to lubricate specifically industrial spiral bevel, helical, spur, and herringbone gears. They are best suited for use in multiple gear drives that operate at greatly increased pressure between the surfaces of the gear teeth.
